Missing Teeth

Less than 3 weeks Julia lost three teeth.  We knew the bottom two were loose but the front one became loose out of nowhere and came out very quickly.  Daddy pulled one of the bottom ones and Julia pulled out her front tooth and the other bottom one by herself.

I had to snap a few photos before the new ones grow in so we don't forget what she looked liked missing so many teeth at one time.  I love my little girl but missing her front tooth sure makes her look older and that just makes me sad.  My oh my the years are flying by.

Photo Shoot

Here's some of my favorite photos of Julia and Andrew from a photo shoot I did at the beginning of November.  These two kids mean the world to us and we're so thankful to be their parents!

Christmas Morning

Santa has arrived and left a sack full of toys and a few that wouldn't fit in the sack.  Merry Christmas!

All set and ready to see what Santa left for them this year.  Julia woke up at 6am and we finally let her wake up Andrew at 7:45 since he wasn't awake yet.  It was a long hour and 45 minutes of waiting for Julia.

Let's see!

First present for Julia was a Barbie doll named Courtney that sings.  It was just what she wanted!

So excited!

Andrew opening a lightsaber from Santa.

Not quite sure what it is but he thinks it looks cool!

Julia is happy with her matching scarf and gloves she found in her stocking.

Andrew dumping out his stocking.

Julia digging down deep in her stocking.

Lots of fun stuff in his stocking.  Star War bandaids, two Mickey Mouse ornaments, Star Wars fruit snacks, flashlight, transformer and who knows what else was in there.

Checking out the R2D2 toy.

Andrew loves transformers and he wanted the new one that came out called High Tide that comes with a boat.  Here's his reaction when he opened this great gift from his sister.

Still in shock!

Checking it out!  He's seen it many times at Target and now he finally has it.

Andrew gave Julia these two Barbies that can get wet that she's wanted.  Looks like some new toys for the bathtub.

Sibling hug.  They were both very happy with the gifts they got from each other.

Santa wrapped all his presents in Elf wrapping paper and this gift used lots of wrapping paper.  Santa brought Andrew a Batcave.  Lately he's been liking Batman and asked for a Batman toy and Santa delivered.

It looks like Julia is interested in seeing what Andrew got from Santa.

All excited!

Checking out everything this Batcave can do.

Since Julia loves to sing Santa brought her a karaoke machine.

Julia is all excited about the gift she gave Thomas.  It's a growler that says Save Water, Drink Beer.

Another Santa present and it was the Star Wars DVDs and Star Wars crayons.

Looks like someone is ready to graduate from Monopoly Junior.  She's getting older!

Playing happily with Courtney.

Sticker books...Julia and Andrew love these.

Checking out the lightsaber.

Excited about the gift from Nana and Papa.

Really excited now that she knows exactly what it is.

Looking at his new transformer books from Nana and Papa.

Legos!

Amazed with the walking horse.

Playing with the Batcave and learning all the cool things it can do.

Ready to sing!

Looks like this will be fun!

Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer anyone?

Putting together the Batman legos.

I think this might have been Julia's favorite toy this Christmas.

Andrew and I had fun putting together his Batman Legos from Nana and Papa.

Andrew had a turn at singing too.

Julia and Daddy put together her Legos.

Toys everywhere!

Like I said, toys everywhere!

Coloring in his new Transformer coloring book with his Star Wars crayons.

A little more singing to end the night.  I really only took pictures of the kids this year.  We were exhausted with Julia having strep since she was coughing a ton which means we always get less sleep. All in all it was a great Christmas and we are so very blessed to have each other!
