Well our popstar and Optimus Prime were excited for Halloween. Before trick-or-treating we headed down the street for a Halloween party.
Our family photo on Halloween. Looks like next year I need to dress up to fit in with my family. Julia said she wants us all to dress alike next year. Don't know what that will be but we'll come up with something.
Looks like this is her stage.
He loved his costume.
We always go trick-or-treating at Mr. Evan and Ms. Diana's house first.
Ready to go!
The hippy Thomas with our neighbor Evan.
Loved our little finger lights we got trick-or-treating.
Back from trick-or-treating and those pumpkins look heavy.
Silly, silly, silly!
Wow, look at all that candy.
Julia's basket had tons of Reeses which is her favorite kind of candy. Hope you had a great Halloween, we were so glad the rain held off until later that night after trick-or-treating was over.

Fall Festival at Andrew's School
We always have fun at the Fall Festival at First Baptist Church Weekday Preschool. My favorite part is probably the parade. Julia always got excited when she saw us and so does Andrew.
Look at our little Optimus Prime. He loves transformers so he was excited to be Optimus Prime this year for Halloween.
Andrew's 4 year old preschool class with his two teachers. His friend Gage in the wheelchair broke his leg earlier that week playing on a trampoline.
Of course we had to get some popcorn...they have the best popcorn.
It wasn't the nicest day but we were thankful it didn't rain. Also, so glad Daddy joined us for a bit to hang out with Andrew.
After the popcorn and the tractor ride he decorated a cookie.
Then he wanted to try out a snow cone. Thankfully there wasn't anymore junk to be eaten or else Andrew would have eaten it.
They had a huge slide, bounce house, and this obstacle course which is where Andrew spent most of his time after eating all the yummy treats.
He was fast going through the obstacle course and running to do it again. I should have counted how many times he did this but I'm sure I would have lost track since he did it so much. Very thankful it didn't get rained out and we were both able to enjoy the day with Andrew. I must say I did miss having Julia there with us.

Trick-or-Treat at The Collection
The Collection shopping area right near our house was having a trick-or-treat event so we decided to check it out. This year for Halloween we have Julia who decided to be a Popstar since she loves the movie Barbie and the Popstar and knows all the songs. Andrew has been into the show Rescue Bots so it wasn't surprising when he decided to be a transformer. Luckily we found this cute Optimus Prime costume which was perfect for him.
Starting to fill their trick-or-treat bags.
Decisions, decisions, decisions!
Popstar Julia posing like a singer.
Off he goes!
And she's off.
Daddy enjoy the trick-or-treat event too!
Many of the store workers dressed up too which was fun!
I asked Andrew to show me his muscles and this is what I got.
Lucky for me he turned around so I could get a photo of Optimus Prime showing off those muscles.
My little popstar and a very cute one I might add! I love the real microphone which Thomas found for only $1.50 which is the perfect accessory for her costume.
Julia and Andrew trading spider lollipops.
Enjoying a lollipop from his treat bag.
Relaxing and enjoying the great weather.
Orange tongue.
Love this one of both Julia and Andrew acting out their costume! We're excited for Halloween, are you?
Julia loves Reeses but we never have them since Andrew is allergic to peanuts. She one is excited girl to have this many Reeses. She said whenever they let her pick out her candy, that's what she picked out. I must agree with her, Reeses are pretty good so I will try not to steal them from her trick-or-treat bag!

Tiny Legos
Julia and Andrew have always been big fans of Legos but they've been using the tiny Legos a lot lately. Andrew and I enjoyed making the train together one Friday morning while Daddy was at work and Julia was at school. We had to use lots of pieces but we had so much fun!
Julia enjoyed putting her set together too from Nana and Papa. Love Legos...what a great toy!

Pumpkin Picking and Pumpkin Decorating
Since Andrew already went to Kinsey Family Farms for a field trip with school we decided to go to a local church and pick our pumpkins there this year. It's actually the church where Andrew played soccer so we were happy to support their pumpkin sale.
That's one big pumpkin!
Sweet Julia using those muscles.
Andrew's turn to pick up a pumpkin. What a handsome boy!
Trying to find the perfect pumpkin.
This pumpkin looks like a keeper.
Could she get any cuter?
Julia is truly growing up right before my eyes. She just doesn't look like a 6 year old to me. She is so happy with the cooler weather so she can wear her boots everyday! She LOVES her boots!
My silly little guy who truly makes us laugh and smile daily!
Looks like we've got our pumpkins.
I honestly could have taken a million pictures of Julia...she just looked so beautiful! I never thought we'd be sharing clothes this early but she is wearing my scarf and it looks amazing with her outfit.
Back at home and ready to decorate our pumpkins. Instead of carving our pumpkins this year we're using some stickers to decorate them. Andrew is turning his pumpkin into a monster with the help of Daddy.
Hard at work on decorating his pumpkin.
Julia is turning her pumpkin into Minnie Mouse but first she wanted to paint her pumpkin.
Another cute kiddo hard at work!
Putting on the horns because after all monsters have horns, right?
Concentration!
Super cute, right?
He thinks his pumpkin turned out quite well and I think so too! He's quite proud!
Julia is working on assembling Minnie Mouse's face.
The next day Julia was able to add the Minnie Mouse face to her pumpkin once the paint was dry.
Julia's pumpkin turned out quite cute as well. We'll definitely have to use stickers to decorate pumpkins again...the kids loved doing it.

Look at that cute hat but more importantly check out the girl modeling it.
