Sandestin...Day 2

One of the things we loved about staying at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort was we had access to their kayaks everyday for an hour.  Such a fun activity for the kids and something they have never tried before.  The first day we got their early and had to wait for the boats to depart so the kids were just playing around and having fun in the meantime.

Daddy was quite excited about taking the kids out on a kayak.

Only three people could go at a time so Thomas took the kids out first.

Sitting on the beach and relaxing while I waited for them to come back.

My turn to go out with the kids!

After kayaking we packed up our things and headed to the beach.  Julia was all about making drip castles.

Both my kids don't mind being covered in sand...actually I think they try and see if they can get it everywhere.

Both Julia and Andrew had a turn on the boogie board.  The beach was insanely crowded that after lunch we headed pool to the resort to check out the pool.  No pool photos from the day but they both loved it.  It had zero entry and very shallow water so they could swim around freely.  We couldn't have asked for a better pool for our two kids.

We tried to have Andrew take a nap but he's old enough now and knows something fun is going on and he didn't nap.  After we tried for a while we all got cleaned up and headed back to Baytowne Wharf for dinner.  We just grabbed pizza but we sat outside and the kids could run around while we waited to eat which was great.  Definitely another fun day!
