4th of July

What a busy day we had on the 4th!  Thomas ran a few errands in the morning with the kids and got Andrew a puddle jumper of his own.  After nap Thomas took them to the pool while I relaxed at home alone but then I decided to head down to the pool so I could snap a few photos of them.  They both loved swimming around together as you can see...giggles and all.

Andrew loved having his own puddle jumper so he could have the freedom to go where he wanted when he wanted rather than being held.  He was loving it!

They also tested out the new big raft we just got for the pool.  Julia enjoyed being tipped over board.

And of course it was fun when Daddy spun them around really fast!

After getting cleaned up we headed to Wills Park in Alpharetta to see fireworks because it wouldn't be the 4th without seeing fireworks...right?

Andrew enjoying his Dippin' Dots...the ice cream of the future.

Julia chillin' in the wagon enjoying her ice cream.

Daddy and Andrew taking it all in.

We always use to go to Wills Park for fireworks on the 4th but never walked all the way into the park but it was so worth it.  We found a great spot in one of the fields and had such an amazing view of the fireworks.  We definitely need to go back again next year.  It was the perfect spot and the fireworks were much better than the ones in Cumming.

Hope you had a wonderful 4th of July...we did!
