Today our neighborhood had an Easter Egg Hunt down by the pool and it was Julia's first time hunting for eggs. She enjoyed some practice walking while waiting for the egg hunt to begin.

Julia finds her first egg and it just happens to be pink...our favorite color. 
Julia really enjoyed holding the eggs and wasn't interested in putting them in her basket. At home she always puts things into baskets like her books or toys but today she just wanted to hold them...who can blame her, right? 
After Julia found her 12 eggs she enjoyed looking at her collection. It was a little chilly at 11am but the sun was shinning and it wasn't raining so it was a great day for an egg hunt. 
This is Julia with her friend Liam who we met at our neighborhood playgroup. We meet up and play with Liam every Friday. He's a month older than Julia. 
Julia was very excited to find out that the snack at the end of the egg hunt were goldfish...her favorite snack!
Looks like you had a ton of fun looking for eggs Julia. Don't eat all those goldfish at once. We have some at our house, so you can have them when you come to visit. Thank you for showing us all your pictures of your first Easter Egg Hunt!
